Our coaching is mainly targeted around dealing with uncertainty, managing personal transitions, empowering authenticity, developing a growth mindset and exploring self-limiting beliefs.
Coach Experience and Accreditation
Our lead coach is a highly experienced executive coach who has over 12 years of board-level experience working and coaching in some of the most mentally demanding and high-pressure business sections. He has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change and is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as a Senior Practitioner Coach.
Supervision and Ethics
Our coaches are all subject to following the EMCC ethics policy and external, independent coaching supervision by a qualified and accredited coaching supervisor. Details can be provided on request.
